Having committed to redirecting their considerable resources towards addressing the region’s deep racial wealth disparities, The Chicago Community Trust invited Foresight to lead the co-creation of a bold strategy that would contribute towards that goal by creating an enabling environment for systems change. This incredible opportunity required our full host of tools and capacities, from community engagement to team building, facilitation, systems analysis, visual sensemaking, and strategic planning. The strategy will enable the Trust to begin transforming how the region works together across sectors, geographies, and disciplines to address the root causes of complex social challenges in order to achieve an equitable, connected, and thriving region for all.
