Following our partnership on climate resilience, Foresight was invited again to support CMAP in the development of a strategy paper—on regional energy—to inform ON TO 2050.

The Chicago region’s energy system is in the midst of a massive shift—one that will require cross-sector collaboration to ensure a clean, equitable and resilient transition. Foresight led a co-design process with stakeholders from across the energy system to develop the region’s first ever holistic, action-oriented energy strategy. We convened four working groups focused on different topics, surfaced and synthesized their insights to develop a common vision for the future, and developed implementation strategies.
