Irv & Shelly’s Fresh Picks offers internet ordering and home delivery of local and organic food in Chicago and neighboring suburbs. Our mission is to help build a local food infrastructure, increase the supply of local organic food and connect people in the Chicago area with sustainable farmers that work to protect our health and the environment. Located at 5625 W Howard St, Niles.
We are adding a new member to our warehouse team 30-40 hours per week including Saturdays to pack customer orders in our cooler, pack seasonal boxes of farm fresh vegetables and weigh and bag produce.
Qualifications:
- Looking for good energy, organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift cases of food up to 50 lbs and experience working with food a plus.
- Want individuals excited about growing the supply of organic foods from local farmers.
