Job Description:
Sales associate/Yard Hand will be responsible for assisting patrons in the selection of plants and garden related materials. These include but are not limited to:
-Providing great customer service
-Offering plant advice
-Operating a register and cash drawer
-Maintaining garden center appearance
-Loading materials into trucks/vehicles
-Installing plants in landscapes
-Landscape maintenance
Candidate Requirements:
-BA or educational background in horticulture or related green industry
-Extensive Midwest plant knowledge
-Previous relevant work experience
-Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
-Positive attitude, high energy, hard working, team player, honest and loyal
