Guest Columnist: Marvin Klein, PortionPac
The thing I like best about Foresight Design is their untiring effort to inspire and share their knowledge with everyone from “old codgers” like me to young people still in school. One of the best moderators in Chicago, Peter Nicholson draws from every guest speaker ideas that could benefit the audience. With this opportunity to be a guest Forecast columnist, I encourage all of us to move the battle for sustainability forward, following this example. It is a long and tough battle, but if we share our knowledge and ideas we can move the ball down the field.

Most of us can introduce change in our own organization; work with community groups; and probably most importantly, work with our own family and youth organizations. The more you get involved, the more people will look to you for leadership. For myself, I try to share my experience with our Company’s customers in our Connection Newsletter, conduct speaking engagements, write some articles in magazines, send political commentaries, and so forth. Most of us know so much that the general population does not understand. You have a lot to offer and contribute to the movement, and best of all, the more you give the more you will receive. In one way or in many, I encourage you to share your knowledge, dedication and experience.
